Unravelled

I wrote Unravelled because silence carries its own kind of pain.

For many years, parts of my story lived quietly beneath the surface — unspoken, unresolved, and deeply intertwined with survival itself.

Writing this memoir became an act of truth-telling, reclamation, and healing. My hope is that through sharing my experience, others may feel less alone in their own journeys — and perhaps find language for things they have never been able to say aloud.

This book is not about perfection or having all the answers.  It is about Surviving. Remembering. Rebuilding.

And finding your voice again.
